Gas Oil

Gas Oil is a cost efficient, clean and safe home heating choice with a slightly lower price than Kerosene (approx 1 cent per litre).

Gas Oil contains a green dye and is refined to a standard, which exceeds British Standard specification BS 2869. It is also known as Home Heating Oil, Green Diesel, Tractor Diesel, and 35 second oil. VAT is charged at 13.5%.

Gas Oil is a dual-purpose fuel recommended both as a boiler fuel in domestic or light industrial installations with pressure jet burners and as a diesel fuel for off-road commercial, industrial and agricultural engines.

Households with outdoor burners typically use Gas Oil for home heating. It can also run generators, fridge units on trucks, and fuel construction machinery, ships and off road vehicles.
